1-2-1 Body Mind Transformation

I designed this six week program for ladies of a certain age who feel like their body isn’t playing by the same rules. 

This is more than pilates, this is a transformation of your body and mind working together to get the result you want and leveraging the hormonal changes you’re going through as an advantage instead of a drawback. 

Perhaps you have a wardrobe full of clothes that you love that don’t fit anymore, and the pounds keep piling on despite counting calories and hours of cardio at the gym. You’ve realised that weight loss is no longer just about diet and exercise. 

You might be struggling with confidence because your flat tummy won’t return, your face is puffy, and you’re constantly bothered by neck and shoulder pain. 

A Pilates Programme for Peri-Menopause

It really doesn’t have to be that way. The truth is that everything changes when you approach menopause.  The cardio that once helped you lose weight now raises your cortisol and causes you to hoard fat, instead of burn it.   

I’ll teach you how to tone your body, strengthening from the inside with slow, precise, flowing movements. Ensuring that you get the results that you want, even if you have chronic pain, or are currently at a low level of fitness.

You’ll be back into your favourite clothes in no time.

There’s no need to be frustrated anymore.  My programme will help you lower your stress levels and balance your hormones. As a hypnotherapist I’ll also help you identify and remove the root cause of any eating issues you’ve picked up over the years.   

Some of my students have held onto subconscious beliefs that it’s safer to be overweight, even though they consciously desire a healthier body.  If there’s something holding you back, I’ll find it with you.

Throughout the program, you’ll also learn how to harness your own power to heal yourself with meridian points and breathing techniques. 

Once you’ve completed the six week program you’ll be stronger, healthier and mentally ready to continue on your new trajectory to a healthier body and mind. You’ll leave with a set of workouts (recorded during your sessions) that you can use to maintain your fitness and keep yourself on track.
