Nerys Jones

PIlates Instructor

Nerys was born and bred on the Island of Anglesey and trained to be a Pilates instructor after she found it was the only thing that provided relief from work-related chronic back pain.

Once recovered, she felt drawn to help other women use Pilates to reduce pain, improve mobility, lose weight and adapt to the changes that occur before and during menopause.

Client Testimonials

“I attended one of Nerys' retreats in the tipi, I loved it! I tried the MELT technique for the first time - I wasn't sure what to expect, it was an unusual sensation rolling a ball under my foot and a roller under my back but the results were worth the funny feeling. Afterwards I felt very light and relaxed, and a lot of aches that I'd been ignoring were noticeably gone. Hoping to attend another soon!”
Elen Francaseca Holmes
“Nerys is a fantastic teacher, helpful and makes the most of a session in teaching a class. Plenty of session times to choose from. Haven’t done lots of pilates but am really enjoying the classes.”
Sian Lloyd-Ellis
“1-1 sessions with Nerys on the reformer are amazing. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I was so surprised at how quickly my core and flexibility improved with the sessions along with my confidence in my ability. That in turn increased my desire to try new and harder exercises. If you’re thinking of giving it a try just go for it!”
